1、应先向油底壳内加注机油至规定油面位置，向冷却系统内加注冷却液，检查电起动系统电路接线是否可靠，如果管路中安装由稳压罐，还应打开其底部的排污阀，放掉稳压罐中的污物，排净空气，关闭排污阀。

1. You should first fill the oil pan with engine oil to the specified oil level, fill the cooling system with coolant, and check the reliability of the circuit wiring of the electric starting system. If a surge tank is installed in the pipeline, the drain valve at the bottom should also be opened to drain the dirt in the surge tank, clean the air, and close the drain valve.

2、检查燃气管路上压力表指示是否正常，打开发动机燃气进气阀门，接通电源开关，使调速器怠速额定开关处于怠速状态起动发动机。待油温、水温分别升至45度，70度，油压0.245MPA,将燃气发电机组发动机转速升高至工作转速。、

Check if the pressure gauge on the gas pipeline indicates normal operation, open the engine gas intake valve, turn on the power switch, and start the engine with the governor idle rated switch in the idle state. When the oil temperature and water temperature rise to 45 degrees and 70 degrees respectively, and the oil pressure is 0.245MPA, increase the engine speed of the gas generator set to the working speed.

3、对新机或停放5天以上未用的发动机，起动前应盘动曲轴3——5转。
