发电机组运转时快时慢问题是怎么回事?
发电机组在低速和中速的范围内出现周期较长且较有规律的时快时慢现象,这是调速反应过分滞后于实际转速变化的结果。其原因主要有以下几种。

这种情况下,使增减供油量的双向调速运动产生了过多的变向滞后。发动机工作时,调速反应是必然滞后于实际转速变化的,但滞后量不能太大,否则就会产生较大的调节振幅。调节振幅过大,即当转速已经由于供油量的增减而导致转速升降时仍将继续增减燃油,直到转速超过调速器调节范围较大后,其强烈的反馈信号才通过调速器实现反向调节的反应,结果使调速反应超出了预定的范围,造成了转速在其附近反复有规律升降的时快时慢现象。
In this case, there is too much directional lag in the bidirectional speed control movement of increasing or decreasing fuel supply. When the engine is working, the speed control response will inevitably lag behind the actual speed change, but the lag amount cannot be too large, otherwise it will produce a large adjustment amplitude. The adjustment amplitude is too large, that is, when the speed has already increased or decreased due to the increase or decrease of fuel supply, the fuel will continue to increase or decrease until the speed exceeds the large adjustment range of the speed controller. The strong feedback signal is then reflected through the speed controller to achieve reverse adjustment, resulting in the speed regulation response exceeding the predetermined range, causing the speed to repeatedly rise and fall in a regular pattern near it, which is fast and slow.
供油齿杆不够灵活
The fuel supply gear rod is not flexible enough
喷油泵的供油齿杆须保持灵活,以保证调速反应的灵敏性。用灵敏的弹簧秤对齿杆进行拉动阻力测试,对应缸喷油泵的拉动阻力应分别不大于规定值。由于生锈、柱塞偶件紧固后变形、柱塞弹簧折断后齿圈与齿杆啮合处碾伤、齿杆端部轴套严重磨损、拨叉式油量调节机构的拨叉紧固角度不正确,喷油泵调速器的推力斜盘和飞球座的安装或配合不良等原因,都会影响供油齿杆的灵活性。当这种影响灵活性的阻力还未达到使供油齿杆不能移动的程度时,就会出现时快时慢现象(若供油齿杆不能移动,出现故障现象将视齿杆停留位置不同而有所区别;例如,柴油发电机不能启动、不能熄火、转速不受控制、飞车等)
The fuel supply gear of the fuel injection pump must remain flexible to ensure the sensitivity of the speed control response. Use a sensitive spring scale to test the pulling resistance of the gear rod, and the corresponding cylinder fuel injection pump's pulling resistance should not exceed the specified value. Due to rusting, deformation of the plunger coupling after tightening, grinding of the meshing area between the gear ring and the gear rod after the plunger spring is broken, severe wear of the shaft sleeve at the end of the gear rod, incorrect fastening angle of the shift fork of the oil quantity adjustment mechanism, and poor installation or fit of the thrust swash plate and flying ball seat of the fuel injection pump governor, the flexibility of the fuel supply gear rod can be affected. When the resistance that affects flexibility has not yet reached the point where the fuel supply gear rod cannot move, there will be a phenomenon of fast and slow (if the fuel supply gear rod cannot move, the fault phenomenon will vary depending on the position of the gear rod; for example, diesel generators cannot start, cannot stop, speed is not controlled, and speeding)

这与怠速不稳定时稳速弹簧调整不当相似,是因为稳速弹簧与供油齿杆不能共同灵活的起作用。
