试验方法：试验应在符合产品技术条件规定的准备启动状态下，每给一个启动指令，启动成功后突加功率为1.0的50% 的额定负载运行5min，再停机。

检查方法：机组带cosФ=0.8的额定负载，连续或累计运行1000h以上，焦化机发电机均不应出现故障，控制电路的 元件不应出现二次以上故障

试验方法：机组带cosФ≥0.5的三相可控硅整流器负载，在机组额定容量的10%～50%范围内任一点上均应能稳定工作 。

检查方法：两台机组应互为主备用，任选一台作主用，人为切断市电，主用机组自动启动成功后供电。

制造一个故障 ，使主用机组自动停机备用机组则应自动成功后供电。

如不合格，找出原因，排 除故障。

试验方法：接通启动电源，将机组工作方式选择开关搬向自动，送入启动指令，并且人为使机组启动不成功，机组应 自动启动三次。

Test method: Connect the starting power, move the switch for selecting the working mode of the unit to automatic, send a starting command, and if the unit fails to start due to human intervention, the unit should start automatically three times.

试验三次，只要有一次不合格，复试次数加倍，若仍有一次不合格，则认为此项不合格。

检查自动化机组的自动补给装置

试验方法：在控制电路电路完全联结完毕后，将工作方式选择开关搬向自动人为放水放油至低液位，应能自动补给， 当液面上升到高液位时补给应能自动停止。

Test method: After the control circuit is fully connected, move the working mode selection switch to the automatic manual water and oil discharge to the low liquid level, which should be able to automatically supply.
