2、起动后的操作:起动后带上负荷,将柴油机油门放在合适的位置(一般放在中间偏低一点位置),待发动机运转正常后,慢慢地打开沼气阀门输入沼气。通入沼气后,在调速器作用下供油量自动减少,发动机转速稳定。若沼气输入量过多,发动机会出现瞬间供油中断现象,产生断续的工作声。遇到这种情况,应随时即将沼气阀略微关小,直到正常运转为止。
2. Operation after starting: After starting, load the diesel engine and place the throttle in a suitable position (usually slightly lower in the middle). After the engine runs normally, slowly open the biogas valve to input biogas. After introducing biogas, the fuel supply automatically decreases under the action of the governor, and the engine speed stabilizes. If there is too much biogas input, the engine will experience an instantaneous fuel supply interruption, producing intermittent working sounds. In this situation, the biogas valve should be slightly turned down at any time until it operates normally.
