8300低浓度瓦斯发电机组是在8300高浓度瓦斯发电机组基础上开发的,主要适用于8%~30%浓度范围内的混合瓦斯气体。
The 8300 low concentration gas generator set is developed on the basis of the 8300 high concentration gas generator set, and is mainly suitable for mixed gas in the concentration range of 8% to 30%.

低浓度瓦斯气源条件:低浓度瓦斯气输送压力5~15kPa,压力变化率≤1kPa/min,变化速率≤5%/min;杂质粒度≤5μm,杂质含量≤30mg/Nm3, 水分含量≤40mg/Nm3,不含游离水,煤气温度≤40℃,含硫量≤20mg/Nm3。
Low concentration gas source conditions: low concentration gas transmission pressure of 5-15kPa, pressure change rate ≤ 1kPa/min, change rate ≤ 5%/min; Impurity particle size ≤ 5 μ m. Impurity content ≤ 30mg/Nm3, moisture content ≤ 40mg/Nm3, without free water, gas temperature ≤ 40 ℃, sulfur content ≤ 20mg/Nm3.

(1)适应瓦斯气体浓度范围8%~30%,适合煤层气气源波动大的特点,能保证机组输出功率持续恒定。

(2)低浓度瓦斯输送系统,采用火焰冷壁熄灭阻火、湿式水封阻火、湿式水雾伴送等措施保障输送安全,对于输送距离较长的管系还可以采用混合细水雾伴送来应对。
