燃气管路为LNG气瓶--汽化器—GVU(低压燃气滤清器—减压器--低压电磁阀)-发动机；GVU到发动机混合器的管路、GVU箱、GVU内附件由发动机厂家提供。自低压燃气滤清器开始，到发动机的管路和接头均随发动机提供；LNG气瓶提供给发动机的稳定燃气压力范围根据为WP4/WP6/WP10系列4~7bar，170系列不低于8bar。低压燃气滤清器之前的燃气管路内径不低于Ф10。

进排气系统:

气体机随机带空气滤清器，用户自备空气滤清器时，额定流量应不小于规定值；外接排气管尽量避免直角或急转弯，管系背压应小于2.5kPa。外接管路的重量不能置于增压器上，应予以可靠固定。伸出舱外的进、排气管口必须有防水及杂物掉入的装置。

主要由起动机、仪表、充电发电机、蓄电池（用户自备）组成；

蓄电池与起动电机之间的主连接导线截面积不小于70mm2，如果导线长度超过1.5m，截面应适当增大；

机组仪表可根据用户要求提供标准配置的机旁监控仪表、自起动监控仪表等。仪表箱严禁接到整流电源上。

机组吊装要求:

机组带包装吊运时，要将钢丝绳挂在机组的包装箱的护铁处起吊，吊运过程中要保持机组平稳。

When the unit is hoisted with packaging, the steel wire rope shall be hung on the iron guard of the package box of the unit for lifting, and the unit shall be kept stable during lifting.

机组公共底盘上两端各有两个吊钩或起吊环，吊运机组时要将吊钩或钢丝绳固定在起吊处起吊。起吊时要注意防护，不使机组受到损伤。吊运过程中要水平吊运。吊运要平稳、缓慢，严禁一边起吊、拖拉及倾斜吊运。

柴油发电机组安装底座应具有良好的平面度（≤0.25mm）及足够的刚度，不得使发电机组的公共底盘发生扭曲。在安装柴油发电机组时，必须用螺栓将机组固定在船舱内坚实水平基础上，严禁将发电机组底座与机舱内机组支撑直接焊接在一起。

The mounting base of diesel generator set shall have good flatness (≤ 0.25 mm) and enough rigidity, and the common chassis of generator set shall not be twisted. When installing the diesel generator set, the unit must be fixed on the solid and horizontal foundation in the cabin with bolts. 柴油发电机组安装时严禁灰尘、铁屑、焊渣等物质进入柴油机进排气管道内。

机组柴油机与进出水管、油管连接，需要用软管过渡，不得将管路与柴油机进行刚性连接。连接软管用户自备。
