发电机组噪音的产生与处理方式

1、机械噪音:机械噪声主要是发电机组各运动部件在运转过程中受气体压力和运动惯性力的周期变化所引起的震惊或者是相互冲击摩擦而产生的(活塞曲柄连杆机构产生的噪声、配气机构的噪声、传动齿轮的噪声、不平衡惯性力而引起的机械震惊及噪声)。

3、机组风扇噪声是由涡流噪声、旋转噪声与机械噪声组成。排风噪声、气流噪声、风扇噪声、机械噪声会通过排风通道传播出去,进风通道的作用是:保证瓦斯发电机的正常工作以及给发电机组本身创造良好的散热条件,选择的方案应能作到既要有效地降低环境噪声,又要组织好机房内的空气活动,满足发电机组运行需要的空气流量,以保障瓦斯发电机组的正常工作。
